What is Autilogix?
Autilogix is a platform of products built on one cognitive performance engine. Each product applies the same engine to a different domain — media analysis, decision-making, cognitive baseline, communication, and more.
Which products are available today?
Arbitir™ is live and accepting signups today. Profile, Metacognition, First Principles, and Common Sense are in active development. Every other product is on the roadmap — see /products for status on each.
How do I sign up for the free tier?
Visit /products, choose a live product, and follow the Start Free path. No credit card required for the free tier.
Billing, subscriptions, and the customer portal
Manage your subscription — upgrade, downgrade, cancel, update payment method, download invoices — from the customer portal accessible inside your account dashboard after signing in. For billing questions that the portal cannot resolve, email [email protected].
How is my data used?
Submitted text is processed to produce your analysis result, then stored for the period documented in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data. We do not train third-party models on your content. See /legal/privacy for the full data lifecycle.
I'm reporting a DMCA / copyright violation
Send DMCA takedown notices to [email protected] with the URL of the allegedly infringing content, a description of the original work, and your contact information. We process valid notices within five business days. The DMCA Designated Agent registration is on file with the U.S. Copyright Office.
I think Autilogix made a mistake on my analysis
Send the artifact ID (visible at the top of every report) and a brief description of what looks wrong to [email protected]. We log every reported error against the engine version that produced it so we can verify whether the issue is reproducible and ship a fix.
Is Autilogix HIPAA / SOC 2 / FERPA compliant?
Enterprise compliance certifications are in progress. For specific compliance requirements before purchase, route the inquiry through /enterprise — that path goes to the team that can answer with current attestation status.
